Digital Marketing for Hotels

You are hired as a digital marketing consultant for a local café/hotel/online store (choose one). They want to grow their presence online and attract more customers.

Complete the following tasks:


Part 1: Strategy Narrative (400–600 words)

Write a short plan that includes:

  1. Business Overview – Name, what it does, who it serves

  2. Marketing Goals – At least 2 goals (e.g., increase traffic, get bookings, grow social followers)

  3. Target Audience – Who are you marketing to?

  4. Digital Channels – Which channels will you use and why? (SEO, Instagram, Google Ads, email)

  5. Content Plan – 2 example content ideas (for blog or social media)

  6. Call to Action – What should customers do? (e.g., “Book Now”, “Visit Website”)


OR

Part 2: Visual Diagram (Flowchart or Mind Map)

Create a basic diagram showing your marketing flow, including:

  • Entry points (social media, ads, search)

  • Landing page or website

  • Lead capture (form, WhatsApp, email signup)

  • Final action (booking, purchase, call)

You can draw it digitally (Canva, PowerPoint, Lucidchart) or hand-draw and upload a photo/PDF.
